OBJECTIVE To train 10,000 young people in technical programs to work, which woul
d give new opportunities and better conditions on the quality of life for young
people of Medellin. The program aims to reward the positive attitude of young pe
ople are in the midst of a conflict.

LINES OF INTERVENTION
• Training in Integral Human Development: Life Project, Civic Skills, Equalizati
on in Basic Skills (literacy and math building) Training for Entrepreneurship an
d Socio Education Guidance. 280 hours • Training in specific technical area. • W
ork 480 hours 440 hours Each student will receive for an academic year a total o
f 1200 hours of training • Additional Support: Help transport, refreshments, edu
cational and psychosocial support tools
