Massicoises, Massicois Dear friends,
"Massy lean is not the result of learned politicians assays between rival curren
ts that exist in Massy: MODEM Vincent Delahaye, who joins the UMP and the PS thr
ee local supporters who rallied. These alliances will last time an election for
more then discard.
It's been several months since we worked together on the political agenda of our
city for six years to come.
Our list is made up of women and men like you, and representative of the populat
ion clustered around the values of justice, solidarity and citizenship. The non
Massicois Inserts, who want to work for their city. In developing the program, o
ther candidates, huge financial resources, we were not spared: intimidation, fal
se rumors, cheap shots, the papers submitted late ... For our part, we kept our
cool though. It is the attitude that was ours and that is what Massicois deserve
.
We do not work for a party, which held the evening of March 16, the list of citi
es won or lost. But for our citizens, our neighbors, people that you meet going
to buy bread or get our children to school is one of our differences. Under this
project, we refused all demagoguery. We could promise you the moon. We preferre
d not to commit ourselves on what we know possible. We are committed to recogniz
ing the achievements of the good Mayor out, because it is important not to lie t
o Massicois. More fair is the diagnosis, the better the upcoming project.
I take this opportunity to thank all those who worked with us but also all those
who have shown sympathy and have been listening to us. I propose now to learn a
bout our program, fairer and more united.

"Elected officials available to listen"
Because of internal problems, the outgoing mayor has failed to put his chosen wo

ng deserters. No local referendum was conducted in 13 years in Massy.
The current findings:
Developing the municipal referendum "
OUR COMMITMENTS
• Provide tools for people to get involved in the political field. This involves
training open to all on the functioning of a municipality, visits to the Senate
in Parliament. Debates about the usefulness of voting and becoming involved in
politics. • Developing the practice of municipal referendum, for the most import
ant decisions. • Filming and broadcast on the website of the town meetings of th
e council and community council (inter). • Put online on the website of the city
the account records of district assemblies. • Create on the website of the city
an area of free expression on which each Massicois will come and give his opini
on on the municipal action. • Establish a "Day of elected public inquiry" where
all can come Massicois seek clarification directly to the chosen question. The l
atter will provide answers to questions. • Integrate people in the municipal com

MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT TOWN
Substantial sums have been wasted
In recent years, the Mayor has stepped out waste. Some are rooted in his megalom
ania, others more simply in the wrong choices. Some examples: • The outdoor pool
at the sports center, the high cost of the court of SOC estimated at 2.5 millio
n euros (how many nursery places could we get for that amount?) • For 10 years,
City Hall Pay for gold at the Opera directors and Cinémassy, with some success,
but not for the benefit of all Massicois.
POOR MANAGEMENT AND demagoguery: SOME EXAMPLES
• On the eve of municipal elections, the outgoing Mayor is pretending to be inte
rested in neighborhoods that abandons the past 13 years. Should we expect a mayo
r to think of these neighborhoods that the last 4 months of mandate? Let us not
be trapped. • The cost of municipal press, which looks more like propaganda, has
never been higher.
WE WANT TO SPEND MORE IN:
• Fighting waste and refuse investment prestige. We commit to spending prioritie
s. • reducing certain expenses: We will reduce communication costs and travel co
nvenience group of elected officials and supporters of the outgoing Mayor, for e
xample in Italy (Ascoli). • Requiring disclosure of revenues related to activiti
es of public elected. • Creating a local observatory partnership: this forum wil
l aims to integrate the actions of organizations financed by the city for greate
r efficiency, with a modulation of budgets based on the results.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The city is abusing the precarious contracts that put workers in a constant stre
ss. In addition, officers are represented and defended by unions in the pay of o
utgoing Mayor. Some have even ended up on its electoral list.

their managers, anonymously. Guaranteeing the independence of the staff represe
ntatives. Providing better prices for agents in the social work committee.
