1. SPEECH BY THE HEAD OF THE ENGLISH PANEL.

1.1 The Panel Head welcomed everyone to the meeting.

2. CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE SECOND MEETING 2016

Cik Nur Shida Binti Ismail proposed that the past minutes be confirmed and was
seconded by Pn. Nor Aphidah Binti Zainal Abidin.
3. MATTERS ARISING
No arising matters.

4. 2016 UPSR ANALYSIS

4.1 Teknik Menjawab UPSR will be held on 7 th February 2017.
 4.1 The pupils need to be drill more on how to answer English Paper.
4.3 Extra classes will be held to overcome the problem and help pupils in
improving
their result.

5. 2017 TEACHING AND LEARNING.

5.1 The new timetable for each teacher need to be passed to Cik Nur Syazwani
(Secretary).
5.2 Exercise books for level one:
Year 1 (red and blue lines)
Year 2 (red and blue lines)
Year 3 ( blue lines)
5.3 Exercise book for level two;
Three blue lines books
Two writing book (long book)

6. 2017 programmes
6.1 High Immersive Programa (HIP) to be conducted in school.
6.1 The activities and plans.
a) Grammar book
b) English Day ( Wednesday)
c) Idioms Garden
d) Why Saying on the staircase.
e) Word of the week make sentences.

7. OTHER MATTERS
7.1 English week will be held after mid term holiday
7.1.1 The activities are storytelling (Pn. Aphidah Zainal)
7.1.2 Public Speaking (Pn. Norazlina Binti Arbain)
7.2 English Panel Organisation Chart need to complete.
7.2.1 Teacher in charge are Pn. Afida Binti Othman, Cik Adila Fazleen Bintin
Che Manan and Cik Nur Syazwani Binti Subari.
