open programme re-named the Business Building Bootcamp. This new format combines an intensive
2 day training programme together with intensive mentoring support, meaning you not only learn
new strategies and techniques to work on your business, but with the additional input from one of
our highly trained mentors you will tailored company specific support to ensure you implement the
right decisions to quickly accelerate your business.

Objectives

The programme is split into two parts; an initial 2 day intensive workshop designed to build
confidence and business development skills and strategy, and is followed by two company specific
1-1 consultancy sessions allowing you to consolidate your learning and ensure you apply the focus
you need to increase your business success.
