1st Quarter Narrative Report

Grade 1

Grade 2

Perucho, Uniqueka Vernice M.

She should pay more attention to the teacher so that she may benefit more from
the lesson taught. Improvement in study habits will greatly benefit her in
memorization and understanding of the lesson. Her logical analyses also needs
improvement.

Science: She needs to study her lessons earnestly so that she can give better
participation in class discussions

Math: She has difficulty in memorizing some basic math processes which causes her
to have low grades in some of her quizzes.

English: Her reading comprehension skills and thought construction needs


improvement so that she can catch up to the class lesson.

Grade 3

Usigan Prosemarie Raen S.

She has exhibited improvement in quizzes and exams as well as writing speed. She
should keep it up so that she will not have difficulties in future lessons. There is still
room for improvement in her logical analysis and reading comprehension skills.

Science: She can participate in the lesson discussions being taught but there is still
room for improvement.

Math: She has knowledge of the subject matter being taught during class and can
process her activities accordingly.

English: She has knowledge of the subject matter being taught during class and can
process her activities accordingly. She however, still needs improvement in
her thought construction as well as expressing them accordingly.

Grade 4

Jumagbas, Bianca

She needs to focus on her tasks so that the lessons and activities she is given will
be understood.

Grade 5

Abello, Gabriel
He can follow instructions from his teacher and work upon it independently. He can
focus and analyse questions and work on them but there is still room for
improvement.

Math: He has knowledge of basic math operations but needs improvement in


organizing his work so that it will be legible and easy to understand when
checking.

English: He can process what is being taught especially if there is a pattern


involved. He however, needs to improve his word organization and
handwriting skills.

Decepida, Juno Mari G.

He can follow instructions from the teacher. However, he sometimes needs to be


reminded of what should be done as he gets confused with what should be done in
some of his activities.

Math: He has knowledge of basic math operations but needs improvement in


organizing his work so that it will be legible and easy to understand when
checking.

English: He can process what is being taught but has difficulty sometimes in
following directions. He also needs to improve his word organization and
handwriting skills as well as gain reading comprehension skills .

Icasiano, John Paul P.

He needs to improve his reading skills in general. He also needs to improve his
focus in doing his activities as well as his retention of the lessons given to him in
order to catch up to the class.

Math: He urgently needs to improve basic math analyses and operations skills. He
also needs improvement in organizing his work so that it will be legible and
easy to understand when checking. He lacks motivation in classwork
particularly when math is involved.

English: He sometimes can process what is being taught especially if there is a


pattern involved. He however, needs to improve his word organization and
handwriting skills. He also needs to gain reading comprehension skills in
order to catch up to the lessons being taught.

Tamis, Rianne Leigh R.

She needs to improve her focus so she can catch up to the class discussions. Her
handwriting skills as well as speed also are in need of improvement. Extra effort
should be exerted by her in studying her lessons aside from academic assistance in
order to improve her class standing.

Math: She urgently needs to improve basic math analyses and operations skills. She
also needs improvement in organizing her work so that it will be legible and
easy to understand when checking. She still writes some of her numbers in
reverse and sometimes need to be guided thoroughly in order to be able to
work on her activities.

English: He sometimes can process what is being taught especially if there is a


pattern involved. He however, needs to improve his word organization and
handwriting skills. He also needs to gain reading comprehension skills in
order to catch up to the lessons being taught.

Grade 7

Tejada, Vann Lui S.

He is trying his best to understand the lessons given to him. He however still needs
improvement in his analysis skills to be able to work faster in his activities.

Math: He has knowledge of math operations and is organized in his work. He


however, takes too long in answering his activities because he wants to make
sure of the accuracy of his work.

English: He can process what is being taught but sometimes needs clarification in
following directions. He also needs to improve his word organization and
handwriting skills as well as gain reading comprehension skills.
