1 SITE CLEARANCE
Clearing the site of all vegetation roots and all unusual
materials including excavation of top soil to a depth of 15 cm
including existing layer of bitumen road, removing bushes, trees

engineer all complete including layoutogf building road and
ancillary services

2 EXCAVATION AND BACKFILLING WORKS

Earthwork in excavation in trenches, foundation etc in all kinds
of soil including timbering and pumping out water from
a foundation (if necessary), dressing side, ramming of bottom as Cu ft
per specification, drawing & instruction of site engineer
Backfilling the sides of foundation, toe walls , trenches etc and
filling under floor or within plinth, open trenches with approval
quality of selected earth available within permishes or to be
brought from outside and laid in layers not exceeding 150mm in
b thickness including watering , ramming levelling and compacting Cu ft
to 95% proctor density with use of mechanical rammer etc
complete as directed and instructed by engineer/ Owner.

Providing, laying first class chimney made dry flat brick soling
c with sand blending inperfect line & level including proper Sq ft
compaction all complete
3 Concrete & Allied Works
Providing and laying plain cement concreteM10 (1:3:6) in
foundation and floors using specified graded coarse aggrigate of
approval quality at various locations etc. machine mixing,
a consolidating with rammers/ vibrators, curing, finishing to Cu ft
approval level, lines as per drawing , specification and
instruction of site engineer

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 (1:11/2:3) in

foundation and floors using specified graded coarse aggrigate of
approval quality at various locations etc. machine mixing,
b consolidating with rammers/ vibrators, curing, finishing to Cu ft
approval level, lines as per drawing , specification and
instruction of site engineer

Supplying and fixing Steel reinforcement bar including bending,

Binding of TMT reinforcement bar with 16 guage black wire and

4 MASONARY AND ALLIED WORKS
Providing and laying local chimney made brick masonry work in
cement sand mortar (1:5) in substructure finished in perfecr line
