SUBJECT: PAYMENT OF BONUS/HONORARIA

With due respect It is stated that,I have served Islamabad Electric Supply
Company (IESCO) for more than 12 years. The Worthy Managing Director PEPCO
transferred and posted the undersigned to Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO)
as Deputy Manager (MIS) in Dec-2016.

I have relieved off from IESCO w.e.f 02-Dec-2016 after noon. At the time of
announcement of Bonus to IESCO Officer and employees by Secretary Water and
Power Govt. of Pakistan, I was present in occasion of NET-METERING presentations.
It is better known to your good self that I have played a vital role for preparation of
NET METERING BILLS of Solar consumers of IESCO. I was present in IESCO for the
Bonus Period

It is therefore requested that Payment of Bonus to the undersigned may

kindly be granted and oblige.
