License Types
USAGE LICENSES

Use of an item is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-
exclusive and non-transferrable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal
or commercial projects. Currently, on Creative Tim you can purchase the products with
two types of licenses: Personal or Developer. All freebies are licensed to Developer. If
you make a paid purchase, be sure to go through the table and the guidelines before you
make a purchase, so you can know what is best for your needs.
PERSONAL LICENSE

By purchasing the resource with a Personal License you are granted the use of it under
the conditions featured in the above table. Ownership stays with Creative Tim, along
with the copyright holders and you must abide the following rights and restrictions.

RIGHTS

1. You have rights for royalty free use of our resources for your personal project.
2. You may modify the resources according to your requirements and use them roy-
alty free for your personal project. For example, you may include this resource in a
website you will be designing for you.
3. You are not required to attribute or link to Creative Tim in project.

RESTRICTIONS

1. You cannot use the resource in your work with a third party (for example: you can-
not use it in a client project).
2. You cannot redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file down-
loaded to any third party.
3. For any resalable web applications or software programs, you cannot include our
graphic resources as an additional attachment.
4. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used
within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
5. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General
Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in
place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).

By purchasing the resource with a Personal License you are granted the use of it under

EXTENDED LICENSE

This license must be purchased if you intend to license, sublicense, redistribute, or resell
the final product. This is not currently possible in our checkout process. Please contact
