TO BE HEALTHY IS RESPONSABITY OF EACH ONE OF US

Did you know that ninety porcent of the deseases are because we are having the wrong
feeding, we eat too much sugar, salt and grease, in fact most of what we eat is toxic but we
can have a better feeding if we eat more fruits and vegetables (fruits and vegetables is the
only food which is not toxic.), when we eat more fruits and vegetables we are receaving
the vitamins and fiber, for example we most eat a banana day in other to prevent paralisis,
all the yellow fruits will help us in other not to catch a cold, from the green vegetables we
can get calcium, also we can find calcium drinking milk, but this only when we are kids,
because when we are adults we need the calcium from vegetables, also we need protein,
we can get it from the meat and from all the products from animals, but its much better to
get it from vegetables like soy, musrooms and quelites,to prevent cancer we can have
avocato, carrots, chili jalapeo, grapes, musroosms, oranges, lemons, red wine, soy
products, green tea, tomatoes, etc.
Salmon, olive oil, nuts, berries, spinachs, soy, will help you to prevent heart attacks.
To protect your kidney you must eat; plums, grapes, morron, arandanos. To improve your
memory you must eat: brocoly, almonds, cauliflower, apples, cabbage, lettece, nuts, ginger.
To destroy pebbles in your kidney, stomach, intestins, etc. you can drink pinaple juice.
Also is necessary to exercise your body at least 30 minutes a day in order to burn all the
toxics. Now you now how to prevent deseases if you dont do it its because youre
stuborn, but its necessary to do it in oder to have a better life. Only 4% are deseases from
transmition, and the rest are inherited by the parents, but it happens because they had a
bad feeding. Drinking coke, alcohol and smoking will give you pebles, cancer, diabetis,

Next week paul and Barry are going to visit Scotland. They are going to travel from
London to Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland on the flying Scotsman . This is one of
the fastest trains in Europe.
Edingburgh is not the biggest city in Scotland (Glasgow is bigger ) but it is a very
old and beautiful city. Paul and Barry are going to stay there for two days. Then they are
going to make a tour of the Highlands. The mountains of Scotland are the highest in the
United Kindom. There are many lakes and rivers in the Highlands, and Scotch whisky
is produced there.
There are four countries in the United kingdom (the U.K.) :England, Scotland and
Wales are in Great Britain, and Northern Ireland, the smallest country, is in Ireland.
England is the largest country and its capital, London, is the biggest city in the U.K.
English is spoken in the four countries, but Wels is also spoken in Wales and Gaelic is
spoken in some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
One town in wales has the longest name in theU.K. (dont try to pronounce it ) :

WE SHOULD LEARN HOW TO EDUCATE
1We dont know how to educate, some times we dont know how to educate a
2single pet we let the pet to do whatever it wants, for example step on our
3beds or our furniture, we let our pet to distroy what ever it wants and we
4dont do anything about it, if we are not capable of educating a small animal,
5how are we going to educate our children.Everything begins when a baby is born, when
6he or she begins crying we, feed the baby and we leave him on his bed and we try to
7continue doing our house work, but he continues crying, after we had fed him, we change
8his diaper and we pamper him and we notice that he stops crying when we are embracing
9him, in that moment if we dont let him to continue crying just for noting, what its
10happeing is that he is commanding us, so he is the boss and we are just obeying him, so
11we are going in the wrong direction, he continues growing up, and probably at the age
13between four or five, the father commands him something and the mother ask him to do
14a different command, so the poor child doesnt know to whom he should obey, so he
15is beginning to disobey because it is easier for him, time goes by and one day somebody
16knocks at the door, probably one of our neighbors, or maybe somebody who wants us to
17pay what we have to, but what we do is to tell our child to tell that person that we arent
18at home, so now he is beggining to lie, when we go to the supermarket and our kid wants
19something and we dont have enough money to buy it ( a candy, cookie or a toy) and
20he takes it , probably we didnt notice it, so he has begun to steal, and if he has done it,
21its because we are not very strict , and also because probably he has seen a similar
22example.When he goes to school he complains about a teacher, specialy if that teacher is
23very strict, and instead of giving the reason to the teacher we protect our child. Now,
24think about this bad education at home plus bad education at school, because absenses of
25teachers for whatever reasons or because they didnt have good teachers, so poor
26students, because when they ask for a job, the doors are closed, because they are not well
27prepared, they dont have experience, discipline, besides if they are dishonest, apathics,
28So if they dont get an honest job the only choice they have is to get into the bussines of
29kidnapers, stealers, extorsionists, etc, so think about it and if we want a change we
30have to begging now, we cant wait for a miracle or for an alien to come to solve our
31disaster, so we got into this problem and we have to solve it by ourselves, so think
32about it, for our own good.
