1999andheadquarteredinAbuDhabitoimplementtheproject.DolphinEnergy,andthereforetheproject,is51%ownedbyMubadalaDevelopmentCompany,which
itselfisownedbytheAbuDhabiGovernment.TheotherpartnersareTotalandOccidentalPetroleum,eachwitha24.5%interest.TheUS$3.5bnprojectisexpectedto
producecommercialquantitiesofnaturalgasforatleast25years,forsaletoutilitiesandenergycompaniesintheUAE.Thefinancewasraisedthrough25national,
Islamicandinternationalfinancialinstitutions,asacombinationofaconventionallendingfacilityofUS$2.45bn.

Feedfortheoffshoreproductioncomplexes,thetwomultiphasepipelinestotransportthegastoshore,theonshorereceivingfacilities,separation,gasprocessingand
exportgascompressionfacilities.WorkbeganinParisinJanuary2002andwascompletedinMay2003.Inaseparatecontract,worthmorethanUS$115m,Saipemlaid
thetwin36insealinesthatlinkthewellstoRasLaffan.

SPIE Oil & Gas Services through its subsidiary SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC has secured two fouryear service agreements with Dolphin Energy
Limited in the State of Qatar. Both agreements contain an option to extend services for an additional year. SPIE Oil & Gas Services was awarded a contract to
provide routine, predictive, preventive, overhaul maintenance and emergency repair services as well as operation services for Dolphin Energy Limiteds onshore
facilities located in Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar. The work will cover buildings and fence and street lighting systems. Through a second agreement, SPIE
Oil & Gas Services will provide the same services for Dolphin Energy Limiteds Ras Laffan onshore facilities and for two offshore facilities. This agreement
focuses on the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation andAir Conditioning) and refrigeration systems, including window and splittype air conditioners. Twenty five SPIE Oil
& Gas Services employees will be dedicated to the two contracts, which fall within the scope of Dolphin Energy Limiteds Dolphin Gas Project.

Siemens has signed a contract with Dolphin Energy, headquartered inAbu Dhabi, to extend for an additional 18 years the existing service agreement for aero
derivative gas turbine trains operating at the Dolphin gas project. Under terms of the new agreement, Siemens will provide service and maintenance for the nine
industrial Trent 60 aeroderivative gas turbines with nine DresserRand DATUM centrifugal compressors operating at Dolphin Energys gas compression and
processing plant, located at Ras Laffan, Qatar. The contract will be managed locally through the Siemens Qatar team in Doha and at the main operational site
at Ras Laffan Industrial city.
