4. Children of Central Govt Attested copy of Transfer order of competent authority /
Employee recently Posted/ certificate from the Head of the Department where candidates
Transferred to Aligarh (within CG father / mother is serving in Aligarh indicating the date of posting
12 months preceding the closing and joining at Aligarh

5. Belonging to Distant State/ Attested copy of Certificate of domicile from the District Authority
DS of State /U.T. to which the candidate belongs

7. NCC Cadet Self Attested copies of C certificate if you are applying in the

(D) Special Categories appearing at S. No. 4 and 7 are not applicable to candidates seeking admission to B.E. (Evening) Course.
(E) Special Category appearing at S.No.4 is not applicable to candidates seeking admission to professional courses.
