‘employee can be terminated on the medical grounds.
During the telephonic conversation, it was conveyed to me that my current position has been scrapped by LivSpace
about which | never received any written communication before.
Itis my sincere request that my medical condition shall be taken into consideration before making any critical decision
as | was neither absconding nor on vacations.
Since | have now fully recovered, so please let me know that , will the resuming date of February, 6th 2017 is fine for
