DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS:

Free the junction from commercial activities and provide space for it
along the property line.

Informal sector like vendors and Hawking are usually market driven,
they are needed to support the adjoining activities. Hence need to be
incorporated to the nearest location.

Addition of speed barkers to control speed at junction.

Incorporation of existing features as far as possible to reduce cost and


public acceptability.

11 feet (3.3 Mts.) of reasonable lane width to reduce vehicle speed.
