AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between JH, Filipino, of legal age, married and a
residence of Brgy. 1, town, Province as the First Party,

and

MM, Filipino, of legal age, married and a residence of Purok 6, town, province,
as the second party, hereby states that:

1. There was an accident that happened involving the second partys minor
son and the second party on October 24, 2016;

2. The first partys minor son hit the second partys car while driving a
motorcycle;

3. The accident caused damage to the second partys car, which would
require repair;

4. The parties hereby agree that the first party shall pay Ten Thousand
Pesos (P10,000.00) to shoulder the expenses for the repair of the said
damages;

5. The second party will pay Five Thousand Pesos (P5000.00) as initial
payment on November 28, 2016 and the other Five Thousand Pesos
(P5000) will be paid on or before December 31, 2016;

6. The parties are hereby entering into this agreement willfully and without
duress imposed upon each other.
