The data showed 21 respondants (70%) do their revision during night time
whereas, 6 respondants (20%) do their revision early in the morning and only 3
respondants (10%) do their revision after class. The finding shows that 70% of
the respondants which is the most, prefer doing their revision during night time.
Question 8(What are the situations where the system you use for time
management failed you?)
RQ 3: What are the obstacles faced by the M1 KMPK students in managing their
time while studying in KMPK?

Two subjective choices were given to the M1 KMPK students so that they can give
two of their own answers on the two situations they think that fails them to use
their time management system. Therefore, the average number of students on
different situations where the system they use for time management failed them
were taken. The average data showed 13 respondants (43%) think that excessive
workloads fails them to use their time management system , whereas, 9
respondants (30%) says that their uncontrollable sleepiness fails them to use
their time management system, followed by 5 respondents(17%) thinks that
their frequency of wasting time for unbeneficial activities fails them to use their
time management system and only 3 respondants (10%) think that illness
causes them not to use their time management system efficiently. The finding
shows that 43% of the respondants which is the most, thinks that excessive
workload is the factor failing them to use their time management system
efficiently .
