PROCEDURE

1. Place chopped bacon in a pan and fry until crisp.

2. Add garlic and cook until slightly browned.

3. Pour in NESTL All Purpose Cream. Add Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.

4. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Thin the mixture by adding water. Mix to fully
incorporate.

5. Toss in cooked spaghetti noodles into the sauce. Combine until noodles are fully coated
with the sauce. Serve immediately.

PROCEDURE
1. Combine flour, chili powder, salt, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
2. Put the chicken in the mixing bowl and coat with the flour mixture.
3. Heat a cooking pot and pour-in cooking oil.
4. Deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Set aside.
5. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
6. Put-in hot sauce, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir.
7. Pour-in the butter mixture over the fried chicken wings. Mix to distribute the sauce
evenly.

2 pcs potatoes, medium sized, cut in cubes

PROCEDURE
1. Fry potato and carrots in hot oil. Remove from oil and set aside.
2. In the same pan, saut garlic and onions. Add pork kasim and liempo and fry until
slightly brown in color then add liver. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add Knorr Pork Broth Cubes. Stir to dissolve and add tomato sauce, water, sugar and
black pepper. Mix well.
4. Add fried potatoes and carrots. Continue to cook over medium heat until meat and
potatoes are cooked and sauce has thicken.
5. Add raisins and bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes then serve.
6. Chefs note: Marinating the meats in Knorr liquid seasoning will add more flavor to your
dish.

Beer Battered Fish Fillet

INGREDIENTS
1 lb tilapia fillet--- (3 packs) Php450.00
4 cups cooking oil

Fish Batter:
1 cup beer
3/4 cups all purpose flour
Bread crumbs--- Php60.00
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 piece raw egg
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder

PROCEDURE
1. Combine all the Fish Batter ingredients starting with the dry ingredients. Gradually
add the wet ingredients then mix well. Set aside.
2. Heat cooking oil in a deep cooking pot or in a deep fryer
3. Dip the tilapia fillets in Fish batter. Make sure that it is evenly coated.
4. Deep fry in medium heat for about 7 to 10 minutes or until the color turns medium
brown.
5. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE
1. Dissolve the gelatin in 1 1/2 liters of water (or follow instructions on
packaging).
2. Bring to a boil until fully dissolved, then add the sugar. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in the instant coffee and dissolve thoroughly.
4. Transfer in a shallow container to spread about 1 inch thick. Set aside.
5. When the gelatin sets, cut into cubes.
6. In a a separate container, blend the all-purpose cream and condensed
milk.
7. Add the gelatin and refrigerate.
8. Serve chilled.

Chicken Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. elbow macaroni--- Php54.00

PROCEDURE
1. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2. teaspoon garlic powder
3. 4 cups water
4. Salt and pepper to taste

6. Bring water to a boil. Once the water starts boiling, add 1 teaspoon salt and then put-in
the chicken. Boil the chicken for 25 minutes. Drain the water and let the chicken cool.
7. Discard the bone from the meat and then shred the chicken meat using your clean
hands. Set aside.
8. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and then set aside
9. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, 3 tablespoons of
pineapple juice from the canned tidbits, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well and then
taste. Adjust the taste as necessary.
10. Add the shredded chicken, carrots, macaroni, raisins, and pineapple tidbits in the mixing
bowl. Toss thoroughly until the ingredients are well distributed.
11. Add the cheese. Gently toss.
12. Cover the mixing bowl with a cling wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
13. Transfer to a serving plate.
14. Serve. Share and enjoy!
