As A School Counselor I Will

Establish a data driven comprehensive school counseling program,

focusing on academic, career, and social/emotional domains of student

development. I will provide equitable access to the program and remain

an advocate for all students. I will be an agent of change and promote the

value of diversity throughout the school system and community. I will be a

team player and collaborate often with members of the school, parents,

and the community on how to meet the needs of the students. My office

will be a safe and comfortable environment where students are able to

discuss any issue, trusting that I will assist them in any way possible. I

promise to be an organized leader and attend to my professional

development by continuously building my knowledge and skills
