 INSTRUCTIONS
1. You must bring the call letter alongwith photo identity proof (such as PAN Card/Passport/Driving
License/Voter's Card/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted
Officer(onofficialletterhead)/PhotoIdentityproofissuedbyaPeople'sRepresentative(onofficial
letterhead)/Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhar Card with a
photograph/Employee ID) in original as well as a photocopy. Please note that your name as
appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly
match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. If there is any mismatch between the
nameindicatedintheCallLetterandPhotoIdentityProofyouwillnotbeallowedtoappearforthe
exam.
RationCardandEadharCardwillnotbeacceptedasvalidIDproof.
IncaseofcandidateswhohavechangedtheirnamewillbeallowedonlyiftheyproduceGazette
notification/theirmarriagecertificate/affidavit.
2. The photocopy of photo identity proof should be submitted along with the call letter, to the
invigilators in the examination hall failing which he/she will not be permitted to appear for the
test.Thecallletteralongwiththephotocopyofphotoidentityproofdulystapledtogethershouldbe
submitted to the invigilator in the examination hall failing which the candidate will not be
permitted to appear for the test. Do not forget to write your Registration No. and Roll No. on the
photocopyofPhotoIdentityproof.CandidatesshouldputtheirLeftThumbImpressionclearly and
signintherespectivespaceprovidedonthecallletterinthepresenceoftheinvigilator.
3. A handout giving information about the type of test you will be taking is available on IBPS website. Please
downlodad the booklet and study it carefully. In addition a link for a mock test will be available on the IBPS
website.
4. Youshouldalsobringstationarysuchaspencils,eraserandaballpointpenwithyoutotheexaminationhall.
5. Pleasenotethatyouareallowedtoappearonlyoncefortheexaminationforabovementionedpost.
Multipleappearanceswillresultincancellationofcandidature.Incasemorethanonecallletterhas
beengenerated,youareadvisedtoappearonlyonceonthedateandatthetimementionedonthe
respectivecallletter.Allothercalllettersaretobesurrendered.
6. Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, mobile phones etc. is not permitted in this
examination.Candidatesareadvisednottobringanyofthebanneditemsincludingmobilephones/pagerstothe
venue of examination as arrangement for safekeeping cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any
unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing at the examination including giving/receiving
helpto/fromanycandidateduringthetestwillbedisqualified.Thecandidateshouldbevigilanttoensurethatno
othercandidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers.IBPSwouldbeanalysingtheresponses(answers)of
individual candidates with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong
answers.IfintheanalyticalprocedureadoptedbyIBPSinthisregard,itisinferred/concludedthat
the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, IBPS reserves right to
cancelthecandidatureoftheconcernedcandidatesandtheresultofsuchcandidates(disqualified)
willbewithheld.
7. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and
storageoftestcontentsinanyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalor
written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in
unauthoirsedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
8. PersonswithDisabilities(PWD)shouldcontacttheTestCentreAdministratorofthetestvenueatleast30minutes
beforethetimeofexaminationforassistanceinseating,ifneeded.
9. Anyrequestforchangeofcentre/venuewillnotbeentertained.
10.You may please note that this callletter does not constitute an offer of employment by any/all

11. Youradmissiontotheexaminationisstrictlyprovisional.Beforecomingforthewrittenexamination,pleaseensure
