Operation and maintenance of 100 MW Solar power plant consists of Single axis Tracker system
Maintenance of Central inverters(Sungrow,Tmeic),Sting monitoring Unit(SMU)
Maintenance of Tracker system available which rotates solar PV modules in single axis(E-W),it
comprises of Controller, Screw jack and actuator attached with 3 phase induction motor
Scheduling the preventive maintenance of Inverters, Transformers, Switchyard Equipment, Power
Transformers
Technical analysis of faults occurring in PV modules through thermal imager and identifying low
generating modules and replacing it
Reducing the string faults by regular monitoring in SCADA and physical inspection of SMB in regular
basis.
Maintenance of Power Transformers and inverter distribution transformers (55 MVA, 2.2 MVA, 1.65
MVA), and corresponding electrical equipments.
Scheduling the implementation of module cleaning system to increase overall PV module performance

 Project: R-APDRP Implementation in TNEB
Responsibility:
Handling of electrical load as per requirement.
Erection HT & LT transmission line & sub-station (110/11KV).
Coordination of Erection and commissioning of 250,100 KVA Transformer in TNEB.
To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.
To check the entire work as according to approved drawings.

WIND POWER GENERATION AND MAINTENANCE

Ensuring proper operation & maintenance of WTG Electrical systems, 11 KV double pole yard
Maintenance & Switchgears operation, Generators & Gear Box & Distribution Transformers & VCB, ACB
operation & AC/DC drives, and HT equipments.
Planning & scheduling effective preventive/predictive maintenance to enhance the equipment reliability
& productivity.
Analyzing and reviewing the Performance of Electrical Systems and Electrical Equipments.
Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective action.
Ensure quality control of all incoming material as per specification.
Effective quality work as per operational instructional documents.
Maintain Machine & Site Grid availability more than 98 %( internal line)
Maintain the MTTR, MTBF factors and preparing the MBDR, Daily Generation reports.
