This diet is even taken by Mr. Bill Clinton when he was suffering from heart n lungs problems. This
diet is suitable for almost 90% diseases. A few are, Diabetes, heart, hypertension BP, thyroid,
fibroids, paralysis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer, Mental, brain hemorrhage, stones, kidney or liver
problem, peptic ulcer, obesity, cancer, piles, vertigo, arthritis, uric acid, Vit d3 deficiency etc....

Diet Plan: Start your day, lets say at 7.00 AM

7.00 AM with Tulsi (Basil) leaves & ginger.

7.30 AM: Drink 500 ml of Khatta juice means


(Orange, Sweet Lime, Kinu, Malta) juice after
30min of Tulsi & ginger.

Eat 500gms or more fruit after juice and before


12 pm. All sorts of seasonal local fruit you can
have. Eat again before you feel hungry till 12pm if
require.

12.30 PM & 8.30 PM: Eat salad pprox.. 500


gms including medium beat root, black pepper
and lemon. Eat whatever you can eat as raw. If
you cant then steam it even it cant be possible
to eat then boiled as a salad.

Take 2-3 different color of item in salad like


cucumber, radish, carrot, lettuce, sprouted
beans, 50 GMs raw coconut.

After one hour of taking salad means at 1.30 is PM & 9.30 PM eat whatever cooked in kitchen. As your stomach
Already 60% full with salad, you will eat only half this time.

Take instead Sendha Namak (Rock Salt/Black Salt), Gur (Jaggary), Use
Filtered Oil instead of Refined oil.

Expose yourself in direct sunlight light


for 30 min any time of the day as far
as you cannot feel uneasy. It will
create Vit D3 in your skin. Otherwise
you have to take Vit d3 supplements.
