4G /LTE (RF drive test), coordination and

field optimization

Optimization of enode B based on KPIs (key performance indicators )

RSRP , RSSI ,SINR, RSRQ and many such parameters which are
important for proper functioning of the LTE architecture.

Missing neighbours soft handover using drive test data (XCAL)

.Optimize to improve RSRP of dominant cells and reducing coverage of
(interference) of less dominant sectors through anttena tilt changes thus
rectifying the overshooting issue and pci collision or pci confusion .

Primary verification of drive test and taking necessary corrective measures

like neighbour addition and deletion and interference analysis , providing
appropriate tilt(mechnical and electrical) to reduce the interference and
improve the coverage .
 AT (acceptance testing ) of wifis , worked on small cells in dharamshala
cricket stadium , checking the troughput of routers based on BSSID (basic
service set identifier ) and creating data files based on the throughput

Thorough knowledge of L8HU (RRH) and UAMA(L9CA) card in odc at

enode b , connectivity to the digital unit and its functions , switching off
alarms .

IMS server rectification based on ACME testing data , thorough

knowledge of what goes inside during a call session initiation and
termination and importance of SIP (session initiation protocal ),live call
session and packet capture through wireshark .
