Aims and objectives of the course.

The course aims to provide students with a solid grounding in Labor Laws. It
attempts to give a strong critical grasp of some of the important issues which arise
in the areas, as well as a broad picture of the shape of the subject in general.
to identify and critique the nature and scope of problems or disputes faced by the
employing enterprises and employees/ workers that may be the subject of legal
resolution or otherwise.
to understand, evaluate and apply the legal rules and concepts regulating
employment relationships and at both collective and individual levels.
