interpretations apply to the 1988 and earlier editions and the requirements cited may be different in this Edition.

INTRODUCTION
AsaservicetopersonswhousetheB16standards, B16 Committeerendersinterpretations of the
requirements upon request. The procedure for requesting an interpretation is described in the following
paragraphs.

responsetoinquiriesconcerninginterpretation of thisStandard.
