Spring has sprung - and change is just around the corner! The warmer weather
reminds us that sunny times are ahead. What does spring mean to you? Is it
achieving a healthier lifestyle or diet? Or is it cleaning and organizing your home,
work or even emotional baggage? Perhaps its getting out for more walks and
enjoying the fresh air and sun? It is a time of renewal and regeneration. Take some
time for yourself and ask - what aspects in my life need to be updated or thrown

strewn across the table, were born from your flights of fancy. She hands you
the seeds of thought that have stayed with you the longest in those imaginings.
They have been warmed by Her gentle touch and are ready for planting. Her
gentle touch warms the earth and as you begin to plant your dream seeds

Within the warm, moist ground, the seed is protected and begins the process
of growth that will bring it into being as the year itself moves forward. With

says that she will tend to these seeds as you begin the outward process to
allow them to become part of your outward life. You leave the cottage with a
renewed vigor and bounce to your step.
Return to the waking world knowing that you have taken the first, vital steps to

You know, that pain that creeps across your shoulders,
up and around your ear and along the side of your
head. These types of headaches affect 30-80% of
the population and occur most frequently in women.
Tension headaches tend to be muscular in nature
and generally occur due to stress, life changes and
new activities. Staring at the computer screen for
long hours, lack of sleep, changing your job, having a
baby are one of the many factors that can cause or
contribute to tension headaches.

conservative and full of people who held quite different values
than me. I had no idea how this could possibly work. I knew
