Activites of the Exhibitor shall be confined within the limit of the Exhibitors booth, and conform to applicable fre regulations. ‘The Exhibitor may display or camry out sales within the booth area. Goods and/or merchandise should be approved by the Organiser and the Organiser reserves the right to remove non-approved exhibits at the cost ofthe Exhibitor. If serious circumstances dictate, whether dependent or independent of the Organiser, the Organiser has the right to cancel the exhibition. The undertakings made in the confirmation of reservation cease 0 apply, and the deposit payment paid by the Exhibitor wil be refunded. In such cases, the Exhibitor is not entitled fo claim compensation. ‘The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, thet, or damage or any article belonging tothe Exhibitor. In the event that the Exhibitor defauts on the payment, the Organiser shall have the right to terminate the contract forthwith and charges will not be refunded. If by reason of force majeure, or by any event beyond the Organiser’s control which prevented the Organiser from fulling the substance of is obligation under this Agreement, the Organiser shall be under no ibility to the Exhibitor for any loss which the Exhibitor may suffer or sustain, ‘The Organiser reserves the right o claim compensation from the Exhibitor for any damages caused by the Exhibitor to booth and schoo! facilities. ‘The Exhibitor has the obligation to maintain cleaniness of booth and surrounding or risk termination of ‘contract.
