Activites of the Exhibitor shall be confined within the limit of the Exhibitors booth, and conform to applicable fre regulations. ‘The Exhibitor may display or camry out sales within the booth area. Goods and/or merchandise should be approved by the Organiser and the Organiser reserves the right to remove non-approved exhibits at the cost ofthe Exhibitor. If serious circumstances dictate, whether dependent or independent of the Organiser, the Organiser has the right to cancel the exhibition. The undertakings made in the confirmation of reservation cease 0 apply, and the deposit payment paid by the Exhibitor wil be refunded. In such cases, the Exhibitor is not entitled fo claim compensation. ‘The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, thet, or damage or any article belonging tothe Exhibitor.
