Sub : Design, manufacture, testing and supply of safety Shoes-4850 Pairs, Socks-9700 Pairs &
Waist leather Belts-4850 Nos. as per KPTCL Specifications.

1 Having Examined and understood the Terms and conditions of the Bid documents and the Scope of Work in the Bidding
documents issued under Enquiry No. KPTCL/CEE/T&P/EE(P)/AEE(P3)/SSB/471/16-17 for design, manufacture, testing
and supply of safety Shoes-4850 Pairs, Socks-9700 Pairs & Waist leather Belts-4850 Nos. as per KPTCL Specifications
including any knowledged, addendum/ amendments(if any), the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, we the
undersigned, hereby submit the fully completed Bid Documents, which includes the
a) EMD,
b) Qualifying requirements
c) Technical and Commercial details, and
d) Price Bid in e-Procurement portal, for the said Materials.

2 We hereby agree to supply the materials in conformity with the technical specification enumerated in the Bidding
Documents, for the sum stated and quoted in the Bid or such other sums as may be ascertained in accordance. We
undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to execute the contract with in the stipulated time with the Schedule of Prices attached
herewith and made part of the Bid.

3 We note that the prices offered are (as per the Bid stipulation) FIRM through out the period of contract including
extended period if any as per the commercial terms and conditions. We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180
days from the date fixed for Bid opening and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before
expiration of that period. We have paid EMD as per tender conditions.

4 Until a formal contract is prepared & executed, this Bid together with your written acceptance thereof in your notification
of Award shall constitute a binding contract between us.
