Liaise with Veterans organization, county and state level mental health departments, multiple VHA VISN (specialty
appointments), congressional offices, Disabled Veterans of America, American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, State
Universities, and other groups whose interests are in helping and protecting Veterans and their families.
Conducted appointments to resolve patient concerns and complaints , if indicated, refer inquiries to appropriate clinic staff. If
