program and function as a professional member of the multidisciplinary team assisting social workers, nurses, and other
professional/non-professional personnel of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation treatment programs. I have lead a variety of

Conducted appointments to resolve patient concerns and complaints , if indicated, refer inquiries to appropriate clinic staff. If
concerns couldn't be handled locally, telehealth was utilized to accommodate distance for patient concerns to other facilities such
