Rough Draft Works Cited Page

Directions: In the spaces below, create a Works Cited page with the sources you have used in
your essay or presentation. Put the following information into your citation, in order. Any
information which cannot be located for your source, you will simply skip. You should
alphabetize your entries whether the entry begins with an author or a title. Try to include
hanging indentions. Dates are written day month year

THESE ITEMS GO IN ORDER:

a. Authors name (last name goes first)

b. Title of the article (put in quotation marks)
c. Name of the website (italicize)
d. Name of any organization associated with the website, much like a sponsor (if one)
e. Publication date (when it was put online)
f. Web. (URLs are not used anymore. This shows its from the internet.)
g. Date accessed by you

EXAMPLE:
