P.A.T.H.Planning Alternate Tomorrows with Hope is a powerful Person Centred


planning and goal setting tool, a process, a journey. Gain clear goals in readiness for
NDIS planning. This workshop is targeted toward professionals and service
providers who support individuals with disability.

Learning outcomes, participants will:

Understand the P.A.T.H. Framework, purpose and process


Understand the role of the P.A.T.H facilitators and the ethics underpinning
facilitation
Have some practical hands on experience with aspects of the facilitation
process
Have an introduction to graphic facilitation, its purpose, tips and guidelines
Be able to facilitate a P.A.T.H competently
Take home your own completed P.A.T.H
