accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the President of F&Ms FREEZEFRUITEA FOOD AND

BEVERAGE INC., a corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on May 17, 2015 with the registration no. CS201507426;

2. That since the approval of the registration of the Corporation , I was not able to
operate the said business on a regular basis because of lack of working capital;

3. That I have procured only the business permit last November, 2015, as I wish to
start the business formally;

4. That I will now pursue my business and regularly apply a renewal for the
business permit;

5. That there were no business transactions made since its registration in 2015 up
to the present;

6. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal purposes it may serve.
