May Elections Shalfleet Parish Council.

You may be aware of the upcoming Elections that will take place in May. If you are interested in
becoming a Parish Councillor for Shalfleet Parish may I make a few suggestions of how you could
learn more about this role which is vital for your local community.

You are very welcome to attend one of our meetings where you will see what a wide range of topics
and items are discussed. Please see the list in Village News of when and where are next meetings
will be held.

The Parish Office, located on Main Road, Newbridge, is open Tuesday Thursday 9.30 am 1 pm
and if you would like more information please visit me, the Parish Clerk, to learn more about what
we do.

If you would like to put yourself forward for election on to Shalfleet Parish Council please contact
the Electoral Services Department for a nomination paper pack either by phone Tel: (01983) 821000
or emailing electoral.services@iow.gov.uk They can give you further information about the election
process itself
