Recruited by KPMG Tax leadership to drive operational and technology innovation, develop new service line revenues,
and improve technology governance and return on investment (ROI). As Director, Tax Digital Transformation, led
virtual, national, executive team of partners to identify and prioritize the highest, common strategic ROI opportunities
that formed US Firms Transformation Strategy. As Director for Client-Facing Technology, led the development of the
strategic and product/services infrastructure plans for sustainable, profitable growth for the corporate technology-centric
Tax Management Solutions Service Line.

Key Achievements

Using collaborative facilitation and consensus building skills, garnered additional partnerships and sponsorship
beyond Tax and across the firm with Audit/Advisory and all firmwide internal Process Groups, in strategic
transformation planning projects, overcoming silo organization structures and culture and successfully increasing
investment leverage, solution utility and effectiveness.

Developed a common, agreed-upon governance structure for project investment and scorecard tools for analysis and
decisions among multiple business and support organizations across the US firm, providing a rational mechanism
and methodology for determining investment priorities against competing demands across multiple, diverse
business and groups.

Exceeded objectives of several separate business lines by conceptualizing and championing a shared, combined
firmwide IT reusable component platform plan including a network security infrastructure extension for
internal/external collaboration and enterprise-wide functionality, including such as single sign-on, application data
and process sharing , codified standards and best practices.
Developed a new service line business model for a technology-centric corporate tax service line, growing revenue
from $12M to $20M in the first year of implementation by implementing leverage-able, custom, core, reusable
software modules, process standards and best practices, creating infrastructure to support profitable and timely
service delivery.
