1 Check pipework installation is in accordance with piping isometrics and P&IDs.

2 Check all QC requirements have been completed and accepted. (NDE, PWHT & Traceability)
Check that correct gaskets and bolts are fitted at all mechanical joints as per the Joint Integrity

Management procedure.
4 Confirm no interference to rotation of spectacle blinds.
5 Check that gags on spring supports are in locked position.
6 Confirm temporary support installed or removed, if required.
7 All Valves to be mechanically complete, tag number checked including chain etc if applicable.
8 Installed inline filters or strainers correct and mechanically complete
9 Confirm pipe supports installed and complete.
10 Check sealant on screwed connections, ensure no PTFE tape.
11 Check all orifice taps are correct orientation and have been plugged and / or seal welded.
12 Check all sprinkler heads, rosettes and nozzles are correct type and orientation
Confirm flange management data is complete and recorded and Valve has correct torque / tension tag.

14 Confirm gauging pig checks are complete on riser spools.
Check for correct direction of flow through filters, strainers, check valves, globe, control valves, and

butterfly valves. Check valves for correct orientation with regards to their High Pressure side.

16 Installation drawings have been Red Lined as per the Project Completions Procedure.

17 Punchlist raised - Yes No Punchlist Recorded in Test Pack
