III Objectives

General Objective:
To promote the business and to have leverage to other catering service
providers.
To develop a system that will lessen the time consumption of both parties
in reserving an event.

Specific Objectives:
By upgrading the system.
To have an ease of access for the transactions of the customers such as
inquiry or reservation.
Making the services closer to the customer.

IV Scope and Limitation
The system aims to lessen paper works of the client, organize the files
that are needed in the transaction and lessen the time consumption of
the customer to pass through to the place to reserve for an event.
The system mainly focused on the online scheduling process, billing and
reservation process. Another is the LAN-based system which the client
need for accepting or declining the reservation.

- With this system, your customers can reserve a service for their event
which saves their time. You can access your customers details,
transactions, and reservations in less effort.

- With the help of internet, this system allows your customer to access your
offering service anywhere whenever they need you.

you need it. Your documents are stored in safe place with the help of
technology today.

- With this system, it lets you and your customers track time and dates that
were reserved. This scheduling feature lets you and your customers
prepare more time in organized way.
