 61 For C, DPHRDD - Instead of number of person order to explain, make it
62number of person pre-charge. Do not include the Deliquency Report, it will not
63contribute to the crime solutions. Instead of cases for pre-charge evaluation, make it
64number of cases solved and penalized. The number of personnel dropped, charged
65or penalized, just put it on records, they are not factors of crime solutions, better yet
66measures solutions of cases on pre-charged and summary hearings. So, whatever
67the decisions of made by summary hearing officer, it will not affect the number of
68personnel charged, dismissed or exonerated.

70 VII ACTIONABLE ITEMS

72 For C, DPCRD Correct the Target for 2016, to include the number of activities
73made, the number of sectoral group organized, the BPATS, the Lambat Sibat team
74and number of volunteers. Lambat sibat is a part of our patrollers IP card.
75Compliance on reporting, must be accurate and on time.

77 For C, DIDMD Correction on Performance Indicator, monitored
78properly. Always include the PIPs, identify the street crimes, increase the number of
79certified trained investigative personnel & in base line, percentage must have
80numerator and denominator. Instead of Web page, identify the input as E-Subpoena,
81E-Warrant & E-Rouge. Review first to avoid redundancy of measures and input data.
82The number of lock-up facilities in the QCPD must be the same to the figures
83submitted to the Commission on Human Rights. Include manhunt Charlie and
84Arrest of Most Wanted Person and how many warrant of arrest received and served.

86 For C, DID Identify all Organized Crime Group members and threat groups
87member who are neutralized. Always include Lambat Sibat in all activities/operations
88made.

90 For C, DOPD Target to increase the LACAP, to include the city ordinances,
91the permit of establishments and MOA for Lambat Sibat volunteers.

93VIII CDDS Guidance - Adjust your target, see to it that concepts are effective and
94attainable. Lambat Sibat is part of PGS, its major function is crime prevention and
95crime solution.
