QCPD Technical Working Group (TWG) for the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan
2030

QCPD Technical Working Group (TWG) for the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030
developed the QCPD Charter Statement and formulated the QCPD
Operational/Tactical Dashboard together with the QCPD Command Group and the
RPSMU, NCRPO.

The group recommends to the District Director, QCPD the activities, targets
and measures deemed imperative in the effective and implementation of the PNP
PA.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 in the district.

To effectively align and execute the activities as reflected in the


Operational/Tactical Dashboards, the monthly Operations Review (OR) is being
conducted by the TWG together with the DPSMU.

The QCPD Technical Working Group on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 was
formally organized on December 27, 2013 and was tasked to oversee the
/implementation and monitoring of the strategic programs, projects and activities of
the District.

It is currently headed by Chief District Directorial Staff.

District Police Strategy Management Unit (DPSMU)

Supporting the TWG is the/ QCPD Police Strategy Management Unit that was
established on December 16, 2013. On January 13, 2016, the DPSMU was put
directly under the supervision of the Deputy District Director for Administration.

The DPSMU ensures management of QCPD dashboard and ensures alignment


of dashboards of lower units. It collects and consolidate dashboards of units/stations
for the updating and monitoring of QCPD Dashboard.

2. District Advisory Council for Police Transformation and Development


(DACPTD)

The DACPTD is composed of high-profile personalities from the local


government, national government agencies, business sector, the academe, and
community, who are known for their integrity, probity and leadership. They provide
us with much needed external perspectives and guidance on key issues and
concerns and also act as channel for networks to help us find solutions to pressing
issues.

It assists on possible ways to generate additional enabling resources in order


to support and sustain the QCPDs present and future plans and programs.

The council was organized on March 11, 2014.

Shown are the resolutions that were approved, adopted, and in the process of
implementation in the District:

NO. 01-2014 - a Resolution Recommending for the Creation and Activation of


QCPD Police Station 13 and Police Station 14
NO. 02-2014 - a Resolution Proposing for the QCPD Community Organization
and Mobilization Programs
NO. 03-2014 - a Proposal to Conduct Online Survey of Public Perception and
Performance Rating of QCPD
