Stealing, misappropriating, malversation, or embezzling Company funds or properties
(including Company goods, materials, equipment and supplies, stealing from the
Company or co-employees)

Accepting kickbacks, rebates, commissions, favors, gifts in obtaining supplies or
services for the Company or in awarding contracts to suppliers

Offering or accepting any gifts or favors in exchange for job, work assignment, work
location, or favourable condition of employment

Fraudulent or illegitimate withdrawal/acquisition or release to other person of the
Company funds or property.

Padding of expense accounts for reimbursement from the Company, or charging the
Company unnecessary expenses as well as unauthorized ones that benefit the
employee in question.

consideration for an act, a decision, or a service which the employees is duty bound
to perform.

Committing other acts of dishonesty, deceit or anomaly not embraced by other
provisions which cause loss or, damage to Company property depending on the
damage caused by the act.

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information concerning company operations,
trade secrets, or any restricted data or classified company matters/ information.

Giving confidential information in the employees custody to unauthorized person or
employees of the company.

grounds for the immediate penalty of termination according to the Company Code of Conduct.
