very tolerant towards punishment towards himself and can endure a lot.

Leading by example. Having the same experiences as those you are leading to truly
understand their struggle.

Francois shows determination and never gives up. He does not let the risks put him
down. He has a very participative leadership style that allows him to experience
what the team is feeling.

The poem is similar to the story of South Africa and Apartheid. Even through that
struggle, the nation looks forward towards the future and past its miserable past.
They still have the ability develop a glorious nation. This can also be a
representation of Nelson Mandela himself. Through the tribulation of being stuck in
prison for around 30 years, he reigned supreme. He conquered Apartheid and
became the 1st black president of South Africa.
