This CONTRACT TO SELL, made and executed this

of the covenants herein after set forth the SELLER agrees to sell and
the BUYER agrees to buy the aforesaid property subject to the
following terms and conditions:

Upon signing of this Contract to Sell, the BUYER will pay

The SELLER will pay the real estate tax due updated up to

The SELLER hereby warrants valid title to and peaceful


possession of the subject property and likewise free from
any and all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever. Further, SELLER binds to defend the rights of
the BUYER against any and all claim to third parties
whatsoever.

The BUYER has the right to ASSIGN his rights in this


Contract to Sell to any person, natural or juridical,
without the need of consent from the SELLER.
