Last April and May, 2A76, the Division of Bohol conducted an Enhanced School
lmprovement Plan (SlP) Training Workshop for School Heads. This is compliance to DepED
Order No. 44, s. 2015 wherein every school is mandated to have a School lmprovement Plan
{SlP) as a roadmap that lays down specific interventions that a school with the help of the
community and other stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three consecutive years.

At the Division Office, all SlPs will be received by the School Governance & Operations Division c/o Mrs.
Mildred Piquero for recording and attachment of Tracking Form. She will distribute the SIP to the
assigned Education Program Supervisors & ALS Education Program Specialists.

The assigned EPS/ALS EPS conduct the appraisal and review. lf the SIP needs improvement, it will be
returned to the School through Mrs. Mildred Piquero. lf the SIP passed the review and appraisal it will
be given back to the SGOD clo Mrs. Maulitte Yap (for Planning Review) & Mrs. Tonette Lazara (for M &
E Review).

From SGOD, the SIP wilt be forwarded to the CID c/o Mrs. Casiana P. Caberte and Mrs. Victoria Jaspe of
the Budget Section for further review and appraisal.
Once the SIP Appraisal is completed, the Office of the ASDS will prepare the Forms of Acceptance by the
Schools Division Superintendent. The copy of accepted SIP will be returned to the schools through the

School Governance & Operations Division care of Mrs. Mildred Piquero. The Xerox copies of the
Certificate of Acceptance and Year 1 of the Annual lmplementation Plan (AlP) will be kept by the
Planning Office.
