ASSOCIATION OF RETIRED TEACHERS (DDART) GENERAL ASSEMBLY HELD ON

OCTOBER 13, 2016 AT THE RESIDENCE OF MRS. ROSARIO MARANTE, TORIL, DAVAO
CITY. Attached herewith is the attendance of the meeting.

RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES OF 2016

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEW SIGNATORIES TO DDART SAVINGS AND
CHECKING ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, DDART an association composed of retired teachers from Daliaon
District.
WHEREAS, during the general assembly held on October 13, 2016, the Body express
concern on the urgent need of designating a new set of signatories to the savings and checking
accounts of DDART in view of the appointment and election of the new set of officers;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mrs. Rosario Marante, duly seconded by Mrs.
Evangeline Orilla. It was
RESOLVED to designate, as this Body hereby designates MR. PEREGRINO A.
PALAO as President, MRS. VERONICA S. TADOY as Treasurer and MRS. JOSEFINA
CULPABLE as auditor as the new official signatories to the DDART savings and checking
accounts with Toril Credit Cooperative, Toril Branch, Davao City, Philippines,
RESOLVED FURTHER, that any and all withdrawals from the associations accounts,
including checks, notes, drafts drawn against said bank account as well as any other debit
instruction of transfer of funds to and from any of the associations account shall bear the
signatures of ALL three (3) officers, to wit:
