The project is located in the neighborhood of Flamengo, on a plot of

land next to the building of Oi Futuro and IAB-RJ. The concept of the
building is connected to the immediate environment through its
volumetry. This connection occurs mainly through the shafts that cut
the building of the future Oi. They extend to the building and form part
of its volumetric composition. In addition, its facade is permeable,
allowing the entrance of light and winds. With this, the facade functions
as an exoskeleton that surrounds the entire building - hence the name
"Exus" (ksus). In this first board (of the total of 16), I show how the
