SUPPLEMENTARY SELECTION RESULT NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that as per the instructions laid down in the result notification
dated:16/01/2017 and in exercise of powers of the Commission under Rule 20 (b) of Rules of
Procedure, the candidate with Hall Ticket No.4160302908 for the post of Agriculture
Extension Officers Grade II has been mentioned but it has come to the notice of the
Commission that the candidate furnished relinquishment to the post of Agriculture
Extension Officers Grade II for Notification No.4/2016 to the Commission. The Commission
had therefore selected the candidate with H.T.No. 4160101582 in place of the relinquished
candidate with H.T No. 4160302908, but the relinquished HT No. got inadvertently published
in the Main Result Notification.
In continuation of the above, it is further notified that on the basis of result of
Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) Examination held on 04/06/2016 FN&AN and
verification of certificates held from 16/06/2016 to 26/06/2016, the following candidate whose
Register Number given below have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of
Agriculture Extension Officers Grade-II in Department of Agricultural Subordinate Service,
notified vide Commissions Notification No.4/2016 (General Recruitment) subject to the
following conditions:
i. That success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the
appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered
necessary that the candidate having regard to his/her character and
antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
ii. that the candidates are found physically fit for the post;
iii. that the candidates should produce such other original certificates as may be
required in accordance with the Rule.

If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false
information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of any
candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and he/she
will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection. Besides, the Commission
reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms
of the various enabling provisions as notified in Notification No. 4/2016.
