CEA Festis the annual technical festival of the Department of Civil
Engineering, IIT Madras. Held in the mid of March, it is a culmination of
the brightest minds in civil engineering from various colleges across the
nation. The fest is an ideal ground for student, faculty and industry

MAIN SPONSOR:
The company will be declared as the Main Sponsor of CEA Fest.
1. The fest will be named after the Main Sponsor in the format Title Sponsor &
Civil Engineering Department of IIT Madras present CEA Fest 2017, in
association with INDIAN OIL, powered by Co-Sponsor.
2. The CEA website will feature the logo of the company and a link to their
official website.
3. The Main Sponsor will be allowed to display banners (a maximum of twelve)
at prominent locations during the fest.
4. Posters and banners that will form a part of the CEA Fest 2017 publicity
campaign will carry the name and logo of the Main Sponsor.
5. The Main Sponsor can be given a stall in the fest area for corporate publicity.
6. The Main Sponsor can be given slot for delivering lectures and presentations
during CEA Fest 2017.
7. A short video will be screened at regular intervals during the fest, featuring

11.The Main Sponsor of CEA Fest will get a full page advertisement of their
company on inside side of back cover in Contour, the magazine of CEA.

CEA SPONSOR:
The company will be declared as the sponsor of Civil Engineering Association
and events, as a part of the CEA calendar.
1. The CEA website will feature the logo of the company and a link to their
official website.
2. The CEA Sponsor can hold one lecture at any time throughout the year.
3. The CEA Sponsor will also get sponsorship for Industry Defined Problem (IDP).
4. The CEA Sponsor will be allowed to display banners and distribute publicity
materials during biweekly events, held in accordance with the CEA calendar.
5. Posters and banners that will form a part of the CEA Fest 2017 publicity
campaign will carry the name and logo of the CEA Sponsor.

6. The CEA Sponsor will be allowed to display banners (a maximum of six) at

prominent locations during the fest.

EVENT SPONSOR:
The company will be declared as the corresponding event sponsor accordingly.

The Event Sponsor can deliver a 10 minute introductory lecture about the
company at the beginning of the event.
