Hello, this is Soon Kwan Park, CEO and Chairman of S-Connect Co., Ltd.
Since our company's establishment in July 1998, we have been contributing to the enhancement of competitiveness of the domestic mobile industry through constant development of new technology and quality improvement. Also, as a result of our strenuous efforts, S-Connect exceeded USD 91million in sales in 2011 and
since then, achieved consolidated sales of USD 274million and operating profit of USD 13.5million in 2013.
The driving force of this outstanding growth of turnover has come from the passion of all the employees and
constant strengthening of competitive power. Process Internalization, based upon our unique nonstop system from design to inspection, is a manufacturing system which is not limited to certain process but applied
to all processes, and the growth engine by which we can try greater challenge surpassing growth so far and
competitiveness as well. S-Connect is currently trying to create newly added value based upon mobile metal
part processing business which has been pulling growth so far, and is also positively investing in healthcare
business for new growth engine for the future. The healthcare business, which was newly launched in 2012,
has been very active since it launched Yodoc, a medical device brand. Recently, through business collaboration with KT, Yodoc m has been actively participating in the GIGA Island business for the realization of GIGATopia and cooperating together.
It will be the advance of medical device business through urine analyzing technology and the starting point of
business expansion. All our employees shall not be contented with now, keeping on trying to realize the dream
of becoming the spearhead of metal processing industry to be more competitive with local and foreign competitors. To realize the greater leap, were now preparing constitutional improvement of the organization going
beyond the type of work frame so far. It means realistically analyzing the past when we ran looking ahead of
us only, making up for what we lack, and preparing for the future through improvements.
To this end, I have set up four core targets: strengthening of ability as enterprise of middle standing,
strengthening ability of organization and human capacity, reinforcement of technology competitiveness
and strengthening competitiveness at the global market.
