NOTICE OF MEETING

Minutes of the meeting of Hausland Development Corporation held on 8th May

2016 at 10.45 a.m. in the Discussion Room Ibnu Sina Library.

1. Welcome speech by chairman
Chairman welcome all company members to the meeting of Hausland
Development Corporation and thank for being present in this meeting.
2. Apologies for absence
Apologies for absence was received from En.Sani our contractor who was
on medical leave for his honeymoon at Langkawi for 4 days.
3. Minute of the previous
Correction about the budget, the activities and the venue about the family
day event that will be held next month.
4. Matter arising
4.1. Sale report of project of Hausland Development Corporation.
Sales report will be presented by the Unit Manager of Tuscany
Residences.
4.2. Suggestions and recommendation regarding the home owner complain and
concern.
4.3. Strategies on how to increase the sales of Hausland Development
Corporation.
Maintain and hire skilled people for the right job such as;
Engineers, Foreman, Carpenters and Contractors.
Buy quality products at a low cost such as;
Paints, Carpentry tools, Ladder and others.

5. Report of activities.
5.1. Sales report of Mansfield Residences and recommendation.
5.2. Report about Nouveau Residences.

6. Special business
6.1. Proposal for new projects in Central Park
Our representative had proposed a proposal to Selangor
State government regarding a project called Central Park
located in Subang Jaya.
6.2. Delegation meeting between South Korean company and Bumi
Armada Development Corporation
Bumi Armada Development Corporation have decided to
made a delegation meeting with a South Korean construction
company. This is to ensure that we have an agreement in
supplying goods for a long term period.
6.3. Tender discussion with state government of Wilayah Persekutuan.
Due to a short notice from our project manager, we failed to
obtain the tender from the state government of Wilayah
Persekutuan because he failed to report the project budget
to the financial manager.
7. Any another business
7.1. Appointment for the new central region Project Manager.
Our company has expanded its wing during this years and
need a new central region project manager who is versatile
in every aspect of working.
7.2. Family Day to Monaco.
Our trip to Monaco for family day had to be postponed due to
technical issues.
7.3. Bumi Armada changes in substantial shareholdings
Were trying to generate a healthy return on invested capital
back to our shareholder.
