Case # SS 1234567 with the Superior Court County of San Bernardino, naming bank,
lender, LLC as Plaintiff and YOUR NAME as Defendant.

between you and bank, lender, LLC, giving you authorization to represent them in case #

information, you could possibly be in violation of Penal Code 115 which states: (a) Every

might be filed, registered, or recorded under any law of this state or of the United States,
is guilty of a felony, (b) Each instrument which is procured or offered to be filed,
registered, or recorded in violation of subdivision (a) shall constitute a separate violation
of this section.
4. Lawyers name, you could also, possibly be in violation of Penal Code 115.5 which
states: (a) Every person who files any false or forged document or instrument with the
county recorder which affects title to, places an encumbrance on, or places an interest
secured by a mortgage or deed of trust on, real property consisting of a single-family
residence containing not more than four dwelling units, with knowledge that the
document is false or forged, is punishable, in addition to any other punishment, by a fine
not exceeding seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000).
5. Lawyers name, if you do not IMMEDIATELY, Cease and Desist any further actions
against Affiants, until you can provide a Valid Contract between you and bank, lender,
LLC, if through your actions, you obtain judgment in favor of bank, lender, LLC and gain
possession of said property located at address, California [zip] without proof of a valid
contract, then you would possibly be in violation of CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE 487
GRAND THEFT which states: Grand theft is theft committed in any of the following
cases: (a) When the money, labor, or real or personal property taken is of a value
exceeding nine hundred fifty dollars ($950).

officer by an artifice or false statement of fact or law. (f) To advance no fact prejudicial to
the honor or reputation of a party or witness, unless required by the justice of the cause
with which he or she is charged. (g) Not to encourage either the commencement or the
continuance of an action or proceeding from any corrupt motive of passion or interest.
Title 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 Statements or entries generally (a) Except as otherwise
provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive,
legislative, or judicial branch of the government of the United States, knowingly and
willfully- 1) Falsifies, conceal, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material
fact; (2) Makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation;
or (3) Makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any
materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry; shall be fined under this Title,
imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic
terrorism (as defined in section2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years or both Title
18 U.S.C. 1341 Fraud and swindle. Fraud- Whoever, having devised or intending to
devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of
false or fraudulent pretenses, representation, or promises such person shall be fined not
more than $1,000,000.00 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

2. Provide a certified copy of your timely filed oath of office and copies of all bonds you are
required to obtain according to law including documented proof of your malpractice
insurance.
3. Your failure to provide documents and information will be construed to be your tacit
acceptance of the terms and condition stated herein. In which case, you agree to:
(a) Dismiss the unlawful action against Affiant, Case No. UDDS1204667, and
(b) To forever Cease and Desist any further actions against Affiant.
Your failure to respond with an Affidavit signed under penalty of perjury or satisfy the above
terms and conditions constitutes your voluntary agreement to compensate Your Name by
certified mail, with a cashiers check within thirty (30) days of the date of billing by Affiant, in
the following amounts:
I) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for injuries by your actions per person per
occurrence,
II) Ten Thousand Dollars (10,000.00) for failure to provide copies of all bonds and
malpractice insurance carrier per person per occurrence,
III) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), for each court appearance(past, present and
future) including the filing of any pleadings per person per occurrence,
IV) The value of said property plus treble damages,
V) Punitive damages in the amount of Two Hundred and Seventy-Two Thousand Dollars
($272,000.00), and
VI) You tacitly agree that you will compensate Your Name for all costs; fees and
expenses incurred in defending this action against you.
