stabilisation avec dexamthasone puis prises de
sang, ACTH inj. IV
Cortisolmie < 20 ng/l
Diffrencier hypocorticisme surrnalien ou
hypohysaire : dosage ACTH endogne plasmatique
Traitement
Crise addisonienne :
perfusion IV NaCl 0,9% 60-80 ml/kg/h
puis inj. IV phosphate de dexamthasone 2-4 mg/kg
ventuellement
inj. IM d'actate de dsoxycortone (Syncortyl )
2,2 mg/kg
en cas de graves troubles lectrocardiographiques :
solution glucose 10% (4-10ml/kg sur 30-60 mn
avec insuline rapide 0,5 U/kg
Traitement
