Dear admission committee,

Perhaps the most intriguing discussion that I had was with a high
school student about his future plans. He was persistent about
being a researcher and engineer, whose thought process was
out of stereotype schooling. Firstly, I recognized his persistence
to be ephemeral. However, when I saw his highest score on
board, I was able to recognize his determination to create his
future.That student was Ayush Kumar Chaudhary.
It is an immense pleasure and honor to recommend Ayush
Kumar Chaudhary who is a kind of basket of diverse possibilities
and potentials. I do not judge Ayush by his scores but evaluate
him as an unconventional student who thinks differently and acts
independently.
For someone of his age, to be able to maintain his academics
and also expertise in teaching his peers and maintain his high
school life is what has made him a successful student. Ayush
himself teaches at an institute named PEN Education
Network.Well, thats where his indepth knowledge of subject
matter comes from. If one seeks to learn only for his academics,
he/ she never exceeds the syllabus. But as a teacher, he/ she
has to prepare answers of questions that student can think of,
beforehand. This is what shapes his/her knowledge about
subjects and adds up to the encyclopedia of knowledge he/she
already possess. Of course, no one can be a better role model
for the one that I have been talking about more than Ayush.
Ayush was never satisfied with simple discussion of topics in
classroom. He is the one who tried to discover the deeper
understanding of them. He is one of the very few who can give
me hard time through his execeptional queries. Same story goes
for my colleagues who teach him. Sometimes, he used to be in
the library for late hours as some of his questions were left
unanswered in class hours while other times he seemed to be
thinking hard about the proper management of projects he is

responsible towards.
He is equally an involved and active student whose queries are
positive anecdotes for his classmates. From finance
management for his peers to organization of club activities, he is
the ace of our college.Traits like these makes him an elite, who
can adjust with any pressure likely to come across in future.
I never knew that my first discussion with him would lead me to
be engrossed in him and his future and have the pleasure to be
his counseller. He has by far reached the level of student that I
have been expecting for. He is curious yet persistent, deep
thinker yet sociable, responsible yet with sense of humor, all that
shapes him to be the whole human that he is now.
I am sure this deserving candidate shall be well judged and
provided with conducive atmosphere to let his dream come true.
