    Actually, conduction of both parties and no meeting of the minds led to the
    unpleasant result. Certainly, it should be base for granting rescission of the contract
    at the request of either party. Seems clear, Yoda has gotten not the required car at
    the end of deal due to 1) carelessness and error by Darth; 2) no reasonable care
    about the car that was being sold to him.
    The response to the second assumption will be case under knowingly made
    misstatement. Darth should have known about the real fuel consumption of the car
    he sold and about conditions are required by Yoda. Despite these facts Darth acted
    fraudulently by selling car gets 10 miles per gallon of gasoline and telling instead
    real information untrue statement.
    All in all, Yoda should have acted with reasonable care manner and
    independently found out all the information about the car he had wanted to buy
    before making a purchase.
